How it works
From first message to food on the table
Four steps, and what we need from you at each one. Most catering problems are planning problems — this is how we avoid them.
-
Tell us about your event
Your date, guest numbers, venue and the kind of occasion. Call, WhatsApp, or use the quote form — whichever suits you. If you already know which package you want, say so; if you have no idea, that is fine too.
What we need from you
- Event date
- Rough guest numbers
- Venue or area
- Type of occasion
-
We build your menu and quote
We will suggest a package or build a menu dish by dish. If something will not work well for your setup — a dish that does not hold, a quantity that is optimistic — we will tell you before you book, not after.
What we need from you
- Dishes you particularly want
- Any allergies or dietary needs
- Delivery, collection or setup
- Your budget, honestly
-
You confirm the details
Timings, final quantities, allergies and how the food will be served, all agreed in writing before the date. If your venue needs documentation from us, this is when we sort it.
What we need from you
- Final headcount
- Serving time — not arrival time
- Venue access and contact
- Anything the venue requires from us
-
We cook and deliver on time
Food is prepared fresh and timed backwards from the moment it needs to be on the table. We would rather be early and wait than be on time and be late.
Questions
About the process
How quickly will I hear back after enquiring?
We read every enquiry properly rather than sending an automated quote, so it is not instant. If your event is soon, call us instead — that is always the fastest route.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Deposit and payment terms are confirmed with your quote before you commit to anything. Ask us at quote stage so there are no surprises.
What if my guest numbers change after booking?
They usually do. Tell us as early as you can and we will tell you how late a change can realistically be made for your menu. Agreeing that up front is much easier than negotiating it in the final week.
What happens if something goes wrong on the day?
You will have a direct number for us on the day of your event, not a general enquiry line. Most problems at events are timing problems, and timing problems are fixable if someone picks up the phone.
Let us cater your next event with taste, care & perfection.
Tell us your date, your guest numbers and the kind of occasion it is. We will come back with a clear quote and honest advice on what works.
